  3.          STAR Micronics Windows 3.0 & 3.1 Printer Drivers

  6.      - Place the diskette in your drive.
  7.      
  8.      - Log on to the disk drive by typing "A:"  or "B:" depending on where
  9.        you put the diskette.
  10.        
  11.      - Type "INSTALL" and follow the instructions on the screen.
  12.      
  13.      - Please read the "Control Panel" section of your Windows manual.

  19. Installing your Star Micronics Printer in Windows 3.x
  20. -----------------------------------------------------

  22. 1.  After booting Windows, open the (Main) group and select the Control
  23. Panel Icon.
  24.  
  25. 2.  Select the Printers Icon.
  26.  
  27. 3.  Select Add Printers button.
  28.  
  29. 4.  Scroll to Unlisted Printer, then select the install button
  30.  
  31. 5.  In the Add unlisted printer select the directory where you installed
  32. the printer drives (i.e. c:\windows\stardrv), and select the OK button. 
  33. Next select the printer you wish to install that is shown in the Driver
  34. Files box and select OK.
  35.  
  36. 6.  After the file has been copied, highlight the STAR MICRONICS printer   
  37. you wish to use and select configure.  Please refer to your Microsoft
  38. Windows Users Guide, Chapter 5 Control Panel under the Installing a
  39. Printer section.
